The 330103-10-18-50-01-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current sensor engineered for automated industrial monitoring in fluid-film bearing machinery and high-speed rotating equipment. It provides an analog output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive target surface, enabling accurate measurement of both static positions and dynamic vibration signals. Designed with a 2 mm (80 mils) linear range and M10x1 threaded case, the probe supports a 5-meter total length and includes a miniature ClickLoc coaxial connector with a connector protector for secure, reliable field connections. The probe tip is constructed of Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) and the probe body is made of durable stainless steel, ensuring consistent performance under extreme temperatures from –52°C to +177°C (–62°F to +350°F). Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs enhance mechanical strength and provide 330 N (75 lbf) cable pull resistance. Optional FluidLoc cables prevent ingress of oil or other liquids, maintaining measurement integrity in lubrication-heavy environments. Fully compatible with 3300 XL and non-XL 3300 series 8 mm and 5 mm transducer components, this probe allows seamless upgrades without reconfiguration or recalibration. It meets API 670 standards for accuracy, linearity, and temperature stability, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial applications.
