Description
The 330102-27-46-10-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer designed for advanced industrial automation and condition monitoring applications. It provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface, enabling precise measurements of both static positions and dynamic vibrations on fluid-film bearing machinery. Featuring a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils) and operating reliably across -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe supports API 670-compliant vibration and Keyphasor speed measurements. The probe incorporates a patented TipLoc molding method for a robust probe tip bond and a CableLoc design providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength for secure attachment of the cable. Available with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector and optional FluidLoc cable to prevent fluid leakage, the 3300 XL 8 mm probe is fully compatible and interchangeable with other 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm components, supporting flexible automated monitoring system design in industrial machinery.
