Description
The 330102-03-25-10-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy-current transducer designed for industrial automation and machinery monitoring. It provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target conductive surface, enabling precise measurement of static shaft positions and dynamic vibration. With a 2 mm linear range and robust 3/8-24 UNF probe thread, the probe delivers reliable performance in tight installation spaces and high-temperature environments up to 177°C (350°F).
Equipped with a 1.0-meter (3.3 ft) miniature coaxial ClickLoc cable, this probe ensures secure connections and low signal interference. The TipLoc molded probe tip and CableLoc pull-strength cable design provide 330 N (75 lbf) retention for improved mechanical reliability. Optional FluidLoc cables prevent oil or other liquids from leaking, enhancing safety in automated machinery environments. Fully compatible with 3300 XL series transducers, the probe allows for seamless interchangeability with existing probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, reducing installation time and maintenance requirements while maintaining API 670 compliance for mechanical configuration, accuracy, and temperature stability.
