Description

The 330102-00-20-15-02-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current sensor designed for industrial automation and machinery condition monitoring. Featuring a 3/8-24 UNF threaded stainless steel case, a 1.5-meter standard cable, and a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, this probe measures both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values with a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils). Operating over a wide temperature range from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe maintains output voltage stability with less than 2 mV variation per volt of input voltage. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs enhance mechanical robustness, providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to secure the cable connection. Optional FluidLoc cables prevent oil or fluid ingress, making it ideal for lubricated machinery environments. Fully backward compatible with 3300 XL systems and other 5 mm and 8 mm 3300 series components, this probe simplifies system upgrades, reduces calibration needs, and ensures reliable performance in critical machinery monitoring applications.
