Description
The 330101-00-66-20-02-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy-current transducer designed for industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and machine condition monitoring. It produces a voltage output directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and a conductive target, enabling precise static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements. With a 2 mm linear range and a 3/8-24 UNF probe thread, it is ideal for applications with limited installation space and extreme operating conditions from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F).
The probe includes a 2.0-meter (6.6 ft) miniature coaxial ClickLoc cable, ensuring low-noise and reliable signal transmission. The patented TipLoc molding reinforces the mechanical bond between the probe tip and probe body, while the CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength for secure probe-cable connection. Optional FluidLoc cable technology prevents oil or other fluids from leaking through the cable, making it suitable for harsh industrial and automated environments. Fully compatible with other 3300 XL series components, this probe allows easy interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, maintaining compliance with API 670 standards for linearity, accuracy, and temperature stability.
