Description

The 330101-00-59-15-12-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer engineered for precision industrial automation and predictive maintenance. Designed for measuring both static positions and dynamic vibrations, it provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and a conductive surface. With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils) and a robust overall case length of 5.9 inches, this probe ensures accurate monitoring in high-vibration and harsh environments.

The probe comes with a 1.5-meter FluidLoc extension cable featuring a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, providing enhanced signal integrity and fluid-proof operation. Built for extreme conditions, it operates within -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), exhibits less than 2 mV supply sensitivity per volt, and maintains 50 Ω output resistance. The 3/8-24 UNF probe case thread ensures secure installation with maximum thread engagement of 0.563 inches. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc technologies provide 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, guaranteeing reliable probe-to-cable attachment even under high mechanical stress. The probe is CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified and fully API 670 compliant, allowing for seamless interchangeability with other 3300 series components and simplifying system upgrades and maintenance.
