Description

The 330101-00-48-20-12-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer designed for advanced industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and real-time machinery monitoring. Featuring a linear measurement range of 2 mm (80 mils), it outputs a voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface, allowing accurate measurement of both static positions and dynamic vibrations. With an overall case length of 4.8 inches and a 2.0-meter FluidLoc extension cable equipped with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, this probe ensures robust, reliable operation in high-vibration and harsh industrial environments.

Engineered for extreme conditions, it operates from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), with supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m (21.3 pF/ft) extension cable capacitance. The 3/8-24 UNF probe case thread supports secure mounting with 0.563 inches maximum thread engagement. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs strengthen mechanical durability, providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, while the optional FluidLoc cable prevents oil and fluid ingress. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified and API 670 compliant, the probe is fully interchangeable with other 3300 series components, simplifying system upgrades and reducing maintenance downtime.
