Description

The 330101-00-48-05-02-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe delivers precise measurement of static position and dynamic vibration on fluid-film bearing machines. With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils) and a 0.5-meter (1.6 ft) total cable length, this probe outputs a voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface. The 3/8-24 UNF threaded case allows secure installation with a maximum engagement of 0.563 in, while the Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector provides reliable electrical connections. Operating from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe supports field wiring from 0.2 to 1.5 mm² (16–24 AWG), and its extension cable has a capacitance of 69.9 pF/m (21.3 pF/ft), maintaining signal integrity.
