Description

The 330101-00-18-10-12-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision-engineered eddy current transducer designed for industrial automation, predictive maintenance, and real-time machinery monitoring. With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils), it generates an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive surface, enabling accurate measurement of both static shaft positions and dynamic vibration profiles. This model features an overall case length of 1.8 inches and a 1.0-meter FluidLoc extension cable with a Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, providing high reliability in harsh, high-vibration industrial environments.

Capable of operating in extreme conditions, it supports temperatures from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), with supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m (21.3 pF/ft) extension cable capacitance. The probe’s 3/8-24 UNF threaded case secures mounting with a maximum engagement of 0.563 inches. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs enhance mechanical durability, providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, while the optional FluidLoc cable prevents fluids from leaking into the system. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approved and API 670 compliant, this probe is backward-compatible with all 3300 series probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, supporting modular automation solutions and simplified maintenance.
