Description

The 330101-00-12-10-12-CN 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is an advanced eddy current transducer designed for industrial automation systems, precision machinery monitoring, and predictive maintenance applications. This 8 mm probe provides an output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive target surface, enabling highly accurate static position and dynamic vibration measurements. Its 1.2-inch case length and 1.0-meter FluidLoc cable with Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector allow seamless integration into turbines, compressors, pumps, and other fluid-film bearing equipment, where precise monitoring and minimal maintenance are required.

Engineered for extreme conditions, the probe operates over -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), with less than 2 mV supply sensitivity per volt, 50 Ω output resistance, and 69.9 pF/m extension cable capacitance, ensuring stable, high-fidelity signal transmission. The 3/8-24 UNF threaded mount provides reliable installation, while patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs deliver 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, enhancing durability under high-vibration environments. Optional FluidLoc cabling prevents oil and fluid leakage, maintaining measurement integrity. Fully CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certified, and API 670 compliant, the probe is backward compatible with other 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, allowing flexible, standardized monitoring system setups.
