Description
The Bently Nevada 190214-01 Normal I/O module delivers real-time monitoring for the 3500 machinery protection system. With a maximum power consumption of 4.6 watts, the 190214-01 connects via RS232 for touch controller data, VGA for analog display signals, and front ports for 24 VDC power and touch commands. LEDs indicate Outputs OK and TX/RX communications. Supporting operating temperatures from -20°C to +65°C and storage up to -40°C to +85°C, the 190214-01 handles up to nine custom display screens via 3500 Rack Configuration Software, including vibration bar graphs and proximity gap measurements. Touch screen displays (10" or 15") can be mounted up to 6 m from the rack or extended 10 km with KVM extenders. Using a Display Router Box, data from up to four racks can be consolidated on one display. The 190214-01 enables clear, automated visualization of module data, alarms, and system events for industrial machinery.
Applications
Real-time Vibration Monitoring

Proximity Transducer Gap Measurement
