Each channel conditions signals with 10 kΩ input for proximity/acceleration, 3.5 MΩ for Velomitor, and 50 kΩ multimode input, providing direct and gap accuracy of ±0.33% full-scale typical. The 3500/46M Hydro Monitor measures hydro radial vibration, air gap, velocity, acceleration, thrust, and stator end winding, with direct filter frequency response from 0.104 Hz to 500 Hz and NX notch rejection -50 dB. Using 3500 Rack Configuration Software, the 3500/46M Hydro Monitor programs alert and danger setpoints, alarm time delays from 1 to 400 s, and multimode channel configurations for automated condition monitoring. Consuming 7.7 W per channel and occupying one full-height front slot, the 3500/46M Hydro Monitor delivers real-time vibration, position, and dynamic pressure data to drive alarms and support predictive maintenance.
