Description
The 3500/23E Transient Data Interface Module is designed for Bently Nevada™ 3500 machinery protection systems, providing conditioned power to vibration, temperature, and speed monitoring modules. The 3500/23E Transient Data Interface Module accepts 85-265 VAC or 88-140 VDC input and delivers +5.1 VDC and ±15 VDC output at up to 100 W, with >85% typical efficiency. Supporting N+1 redundancy and 3000 VAC isolation, the 3500/23E Transient Data Interface Module maintains continuous operation even during voltage dips. Operating from -30°C to +65°C and storing at -40°C to +85°C, with MTBF >200,000 hours, the 3500/23E Transient Data Interface Module ensures long-term industrial deployment. IP67-rated connectors and MODBUS RTU communication allow integration with automated control and condition monitoring systems. In a refinery turbine application, the 3500/23E Transient Data Interface Module supplied redundant power to a 50 MW gas turbine and compressors, preventing unexpected trips and enabling continuous protective monitoring. Convection cooling and CE, UL, CSA, and ATEX certifications ensure safe, long-term operation.
Applications
