Description
The 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module provides wide-range AC input for 3500 Power Supplies, supporting 85 to 264 Vac in non-hazardous areas and 85 to 250 Vac rms (120 to 373 Vac pk) in hazardous areas. The 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module connects to the specially designed half-height slots on the left side of the rack, delivering up to 2.8 A rms to a full 3500 module rack. Input frequency is 47 to 63 Hz, and under-voltage or over-voltage events are managed safely via fuse protection. Operating temperatures range from -30°C to +65°C with storage up to -40°C to +85°C. The 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module ensures continuous power to all 3500 monitor modules, enabling automated machinery monitoring, controlled power distribution, and redundancy when paired with a secondary supply in industrial automation systems.
Applications
Provide Wide-Range AC Input for 3500 Power Supplies
The 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module accepts 85 to 264 Vac in non-hazardous areas and 85 to 250 Vac rms (120 to 373 Vac pk) in hazardous areas, delivering reliable power to all connected 3500 monitor modules.
Enable Full Rack Power Delivery
Installed in the half-height left-side slots of the rack, the 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module supplies up to 2.8 A rms to a fully loaded rack of 3500 modules, supporting automated process and machinery monitoring.
Support Redundant Power Operation
Paired with a secondary 3500 power supply, the 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module allows one supply to act as backup, maintaining uninterrupted power while modules continue operation during maintenance or replacement.
Integrate Automated Fault Protection
The 3500/15 106M1081-01 Universal AC Power Input Module uses fuse protection for over-voltage events and tolerates under-voltage conditions without damage, ensuring safe automated operation across industrial AC power ranges.
