The 330703-000-050-10-11-00 3300 XL 11 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer designed for non-contacting vibration and displacement measurements on fluid-film bearing machinery. Its 11 mm probe tip provides a longer linear range than the standard 3300 XL 8 mm system, allowing precise monitoring of axial positions, ramp differential expansions, and rod displacement in reciprocating compressors.
This probe features a 1-meter Miniature ClickLoc coaxial cable with FluidLoc option and connector protector, providing IP67-rated protection against dust and water ingress. The probe's M14 x 1.5 threaded stainless steel housing and Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) probe tip ensure chemical, thermal, and mechanical durability. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.
The TipLoc molding method strengthens the bond between the probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lb) pull strength, securing the cable even in high-vibration applications. Gold-plated ClickLoc connectors ensure stable electrical connections, and optional FluidLoc cables prevent oil or other liquids from leaking into the machine.
