The 330104-06-14-05-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision sensor designed for automated industrial systems, enabling accurate monitoring of both static position and dynamic vibration in critical rotating machinery. As part of the 3300 XL eddy-current proximity transducer system, this 8 mm probe produces an output voltage proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive target, delivering precise gap and vibration data. Optimized for fluid-film bearing machines, compressors, turbines, and motors, it operates reliably across extreme temperatures from −52°C to +177°C and is approved for hazardous locations with CSA, ATEX, and IECEx certifications. Featuring an M10×1 threaded probe body, 0.5-meter standard cable, and miniature ClickLoc connectors, the probe incorporates patented TipLoc and CableLoc technologies for enhanced probe tip bonding and cable retention up to 330 N. Optional FluidLoc cabling prevents oil or fluid ingress, ensuring dependable performance in lubrication-intensive environments. Fully backward compatible with 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm probes, it supports easy integration, retrofits, and maintenance in modern automated systems.
