Description

The 330104-00-07-10-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is engineered for high-precision position and vibration monitoring in automated industrial systems and critical rotating machinery. This 8 mm eddy-current probe provides an output voltage directly proportional to the gap between the probe tip and conductive targets, enabling accurate measurement of both static shaft displacement and dynamic vibration. Designed for fluid-film bearing machines, turbines, compressors, and high-speed motors, it supports extreme operating temperatures from −52°C to +177°C and is certified for hazardous locations with CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals. Featuring an M10×1 threaded housing, 1.0-meter cable, miniature ClickLoc connectors, and patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs, this probe delivers robust mechanical strength and 330 N pull retention. Optional FluidLoc cabling prevents oil or liquid ingress, ensuring reliable operation in lubrication-intensive environments. Fully backward compatible with previous 3300 series 5 mm and 8 mm probes, it enables seamless retrofits and maintenance in advanced industrial automation systems.
