Description

The 330104-00-05-05-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer designed for industrial automation, machinery condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance. It provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target conductive surface, enabling precise static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements.

With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils) and a robust M10x1 threaded stainless steel housing, this probe is engineered for fluid-film bearing machines, high-speed rotors, and applications requiring compact probe installation. The miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with connector protector and a 0.5-meter standard cable ensure secure electrical connections. The optional FluidLoc cable prevents oil or liquids from leaking through the cable interface, enhancing operational safety in lubricated or wet environments.

This probe incorporates Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding method for a strong mechanical bond between probe tip and body, and a CableLoc design providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to ensure reliable attachment between probe and cable. Certified to CSA, ATEX, and IECEx standards, it supports international industrial automation compliance. The 3300 XL 8 mm probe is fully interchangeable with other 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, reducing calibration effort and enabling flexible system upgrades.
