The 330103-02-08-10-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current transducer designed for industrial automation and critical machinery monitoring. Engineered to provide an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and conductive surfaces, it can measure both static positions and dynamic vibrations with high accuracy. Featuring a robust M10x1 threaded stainless-steel housing and a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils), the probe operates reliably in extreme temperatures from –52°C to +177°C (–62°F to +350°F). Equipped with a miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector and CSA, ATEX, IECEx approvals, this probe ensures safe and reliable operation in hazardous and explosive industrial environments. The 3300 XL 8 mm system supports full interchangeability of probes, extension cables, and Proximitor sensors, eliminating the need for component-specific calibration and enhancing field maintainability. With patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs, it provides enhanced tip stability and cable retention up to 330 N (75 lbf), while optional FluidLoc cables prevent oil or fluid ingress, ensuring long-term durability and consistent signal integrity. The system complies with API 670 standards for mechanical configuration, linear range, accuracy, and temperature stability, making it ideal for high-performance machinery vibration and position measurement applications.
