Description

The 330103-00-10-10-12-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is engineered for high-precision non-contact displacement and vibration measurements in industrial automation systems. Featuring an M10x1 threaded probe case with 15 mm maximum thread engagement and an overall length of 100 mm, this probe ensures secure installation in confined and standard mounting locations. It comes equipped with a 1.0-meter miniature coaxial ClickLoc cable with optional FluidLoc design, which prevents oil or other fluids from leaking out of machinery. Designed for extreme conditions, the probe operates reliably from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F) and is compatible with CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals for hazardous areas. With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils), supply sensitivity under 2 mV per volt, and an output resistance of 50 Ω, the 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe delivers accurate and stable readings for both static position and dynamic vibration monitoring. Its TipLoc molding method strengthens the bond between probe tip and body, while the CableLoc design provides 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, ensuring robust cable attachment. Fully backward-compatible with non-XL 3300 series probes, this probe integrates seamlessly into existing 3300 XL systems, complying with API 670 standards for mechanical configuration, linearity, and temperature stability.
