Description

The 330102-00-40-05-01-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy-current transducer designed for industrial automation, precision vibration monitoring, and shaft position measurement. This probe delivers an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the target conductive surface, supporting both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements. Engineered with a 3/8-24 UNF thread, a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils), and a 0.5-meter standard extension cable, it provides accurate readings in compact installations. Operating in extreme conditions from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F), the probe is equipped with a ClickLoc connector with protector, enhancing durability and maintaining signal integrity. Advanced mechanical features, including TipLoc molding and CableLoc design providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, ensure robust cable and probe attachment. Optional FluidLoc cable protection prevents oil and other liquids from compromising measurements. Fully compatible with previous 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, the 3300 XL 8 mm probe enables seamless upgrades and integration into existing monitoring systems, while complying with API 670 standards for accuracy, linearity, and mechanical configuration.
