Description
The 330101-48-71-20-02-CN 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a precision eddy current transducer engineered for industrial automation, rotor vibration monitoring, and high-accuracy shaft position measurement. It delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the conductive target, capturing both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) signals. With a 2 mm (80 mils) linear range, 3/8-24 UNF stainless steel probe case, and Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, it ensures robust performance in harsh environments. The probe operates over a wide temperature range of -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F) and supports field wiring of 0.2 to 1.5 mm² (16 to 24 AWG). Mechanical reliability is enhanced with TipLoc molded probe tips and CableLoc cable retention providing 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength. Optional FluidLoc sealing prevents ingress of oil or process fluids, supporting continuous operation in demanding industrial applications. CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals make it suitable for hazardous-area deployment, while backward compatibility with other 3300 series probes and extension cables enables seamless system integration and upgrades for automated machinery monitoring and protection.
