Description
The 330101-02-12-10-02-00 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-precision eddy current transducer engineered for industrial automation, machinery monitoring, and predictive maintenance applications. It delivers an output voltage directly proportional to the gap between the probe tip and the target conductive surface, enabling both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements.
With a linear range of 2 mm (80 mils) and a 3/8-24 UNF threaded stainless steel housing, this probe is designed for fluid-film bearing machines, high-speed rotors, and applications where compact probe installation is required. The miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector with standard cable ensures secure electrical connections, and the probe can be optionally supplied with FluidLoc cable to prevent oil or liquid leakage, enhancing operational safety in lubricated environments.
The 3300 XL probe features Bently Nevada’s patented TipLoc molding method, providing a robust mechanical bond between the probe tip and the body, and a CableLoc design with 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength to securely attach the probe cable. This system is backward compatible with other 3300 series probes and Proximitor sensors, reducing calibration effort and facilitating flexible system upgrades. The probe’s temperature range of -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F) ensures stable performance in harsh industrial environments.
Ideal for precision monitoring, speed measurement, and condition-based maintenance, this probe maximizes reliability and efficiency in automated and high-demand industrial systems.
