Description

The 330101-00-65-10-02-05 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Probe is a high-performance eddy current transducer designed for vibration and displacement measurements in fluid-film bearing machinery. Featuring a 2 mm linear range (80 mils) and a 1-meter ClickLoc coaxial cable, it produces an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. This enables accurate measurement of both static positions and dynamic vibration, providing critical data for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Constructed with a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) probe tip and AISI 303/304 stainless steel housing, the probe ensures high chemical, thermal, and mechanical durability. The patented TipLoc molding method strengthens the bond between the probe tip and the body, while the CableLoc design delivers 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength, preventing cable detachment under harsh industrial conditions. Optional FluidLoc cables prevent leakage of oil or other fluids through the cable interior, making this probe suitable for high-temperature and high-vibration environments from -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F).
