Description

The 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is engineered for centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, process gas compressors, and other machines with limited installation space. With an unthreaded length of 80 mm, overall case length of 150 mm, and 1.0-meter cable, the 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe provides accurate radial vibration and axial position measurement on shafts smaller than 51 mm (2 in) and flat targets under 15 mm (0.6 in). Featuring M8X1 probe thread, 12 mm maximum thread engagement, PPS tip, and AISI 304 SST case, it operates from -52°C to +177°C while delivering <2 mV/V supply sensitivity and 50 Ω output resistance for precise automation monitoring.

Applications

Measure Radial Vibration on Small Shafts: The 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe tracks radial movement on shafts under 51 mm, enabling automated vibration analysis.

Monitor Axial Position on Flat Targets: Use the 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe to detect axial displacement on targets smaller than 15 mm for automated feedback.

Provide Keyphasor Phase Reference Signals: Integrates with speed and phase monitoring systems using the 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe.

Enable Zero-Speed Detection: The 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe supports automated shutdown or startup sequences on process compressors.

Competitive Advantage

Upgrade Existing Systems Easily: Compatible with 3300 RAM probes and extension cables; the 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe allows plug-and-play system replacement.

Chemical-Resistant Probe Tip: PPS tip resists process fluids, enabling use in compressor applications without degradation.

Secure Connections with ClickLoc and CableLoc: Gold-plated ClickLoc connectors and CableLoc design prevent loosening and provide 220 N pull strength for reliable automation integration.

Compact Side-View Design: Short overall case and unthreaded length allow the 330904-08-15-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe to fit in counter bore and side-restricted installations.

Consistent Output in Harsh Environments: Operates from -52°C to +177°C with 1.5 mm linear range and recommended 1.0 mm gap for precise automated measurement.
