Description
330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is designed for tight installation spaces in centrifugal compressors, refrigeration compressors, and process gas machines. The 3300 NSv features a 2.5 in overall case length, 1.0 m cable, 1/4-28 UNF thread, and operates from -52°C to +177°C. With 1.5 mm linear range and 1.0 mm recommended gap, the 3300 NSv measures radial vibration, axial position, tachometer signals, and Keyphasor reference in fluid-film bearing machines. Its PPS probe tip, AISI 304 stainless steel case, 50 Ω output resistance, and supply sensitivity under 2 mV/V ensure reliable readings in automated systems. The 3300 NSv uses ClickLoc connectors with patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs to secure the probe tip and cable, preventing oil or liquid ingress while enabling fast installation and integration with existing monitoring systems.
Applications
Measure Radial Vibration on Small Shafts
Install the 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe on shafts smaller than 51 mm in centrifugal compressors or refrigeration compressors. The 1.5 mm linear range and 1.0 mm recommended gap provide accurate radial vibration measurement in confined automation spaces.
Track Axial (Thrust) Position on Flat Targets
Use the 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe to monitor axial movement on flat targets smaller than 15 mm. The PPS probe tip and 2.5 in case length allow precise installation for automated axial position measurement.
Monitor Rotational Speed with Keyphasor Signals
Integrate the 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe with Keyphasor or tachometer systems to measure rotational speed in compressors or small motors. The 1.0 m cable and ClickLoc connector enable fast automated setup.

Competitive Advantage
Secure Probe and Cable Attachment
The 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe ClickLoc connector, combined with TipLoc and CableLoc designs, ensures the probe tip and cable remain firmly attached while preventing oil or liquid intrusion in automated environments.
Operate in Extreme Temperatures
With operation from -52°C to +177°C, the 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe supports automated monitoring in high-heat or cold industrial machinery without modification.
Enable Easy Integration with Existing Systems
The 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is electrically and mechanically compatible with existing 3300 RAM systems and can replace older probes, allowing automated system upgrades without redesigning monitoring hardware.
Measure Small Targets in Confined Areas
The 2.5 in overall case length and 1.5 mm linear range of 330902-00-25-10-02-05 3300 NSv Proximity Probe allow precise measurement of radial vibration and axial position on small shafts and flat targets, even in limited installation spaces.
