Description
The 330901-00-08-10-02-CN 3300 NSv Proximity Probe is a high-precision, side-view eddy current transducer designed for tight-space industrial machinery monitoring. Compatible with centrifugal air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and small process gas compressors, this probe is ideal for radial and axial vibration measurement where standard 3300 XL probes cannot fit due to limited clearance. The probe features a 1/4-28 UNF stainless steel case, Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) tip, and Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector, providing robust mechanical and electrical stability. Its 1.5 mm (60 mils) linear range and recommended 1.0 mm gap setting allow precise measurement of small shafts (<51 mm) and flat targets (<15 mm). Operating between -52°C and +177°C (-62°F to +351°F) and supporting field wiring of 0.2 to 1.5 mm² (16–24 AWG), the NSv probe delivers accurate, reliable performance in harsh industrial environments. Patented TipLoc and CableLoc designs provide strong tip-cable bonding with 220 N (50 lbf) pull strength, while optional connector protectors prevent fluid ingress, maintaining signal integrity. The probe is fully backward compatible with 3300 RAM systems and upgrades legacy 3000/7000 series transducer systems with minimal modification, delivering highly reliable automation and vibration monitoring.
